Axiom is involved in the promotion of strategic land through the local planning process, working with landowners and councils to bring forward housing and employment sites.

Royal Tunbridge wells, Kent – 10HA
Our Colebrooke Park site has been included as a draft employment allocation in the Tunbridge Wells Local Plan 2033.
The Tunbridge Wells Local Plan is currently at Regulation 19 consultation stage with a target submission to the Secretary of State in 2020
