Without any commitment required from you, Axiom will carry out a detailed development appraisal of your land and give you a detailed and frank report as to its prospects. And we will be pleased for you to take up references on our Team and track record at any time.

Our experience across different property sectors means that we approach all land with an open mind, an entrepreneurial spirit and a determination to succeed. This results in Axiom leaving no stone unturned in establishing what might be the art of the possible for your land, and we quickly identify what we believe is the optimal plan to maximise your land value within its potential constraints (location, regional planning policies, topography, access, land classification, heritage, archaeology, landscape and visual impact, environment and biodiversity).

Our initial focus is to understand the relevant local infrastructure and connectivity (roads, rail, energy, utilities) for your land’s likely development options (renewables, commercial, residential, mixed use, leisure, retail) being mindful of local demands and planning history. Ideally your land would have some of the following characteristics:

  • 3 + acres

  • Owned Freehold

  • Local/close to existing commercial or residential land use, brown field or strategically located and large in nature

  • With links to strategic transport infrastructure

  • Unconstrained by Green Belt

  • No flood risk
